Hi!  I’m Ana!

I’m a commercial and fine art photographer based in Boston, Massachusetts.  I love making and photographing stories.  Whether it’s helping restaurants with new food photography, new promotional headshots, chasing after your kids for new family photos, or documenting life events - everyone and everything comes with a story!  

I create vibrant photos that are full of life and rich in colors and emotions.  I believe that kids should act like kids and adults get to have fun.  Businesses get to showcase their personal best and people get to aim for their big dreams.  I’m here to capture it all!  

I’m trained as a filmmaker and worked in commercial film/video as a production assistant, camera assistant, and assistant editor before making my way into still photography.  The ultimate pleasure of my work is to capture and showcase the inherent vitality of everyone and everything I work with.

A few fun facts about me:

-I’m a massively extroverted-introvert. I’m a high energy person with a loud laugh who comes off as the ultimate extrovert. In reality, I heave sigh of relief when I get home and can settle into cozy quiet time with the telly, a book, or a knitting project.

-I’m a massive chowhound and avid cook. I sometimes read cookbooks and food blogs while eating in order to plan my next meal.

-I’m a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a former self-defense instructor, and a Pilates teacher. I can take your pictures and strengthen your core! I use a lot of Pilates cues to help my photo clients look their best.

-I take my work seriously, but don’t take myself seriously. I love to laugh and I love jokes!
